L&G Home Finance integrates with Advise Wise platform
2 min readLegal and General (L&G) Home Finance has launched an application programming interface (API) link with the Advise Wise sourcing platform.
This tie-up will allow advisers to manage lifetime mortgage applications on the system and allow different pieces of software to share information in real time for a faster process.
Advisers can use the platform to search for interest roll-up and optional payment lifetime mortgage deals for clients, as well as request key facts illustrations (KFI) for L&G Home Finance products.
L&G has introduced the API link to help advisers achieve better outcomes for clients, as advisers can search for products with rates that are suited to individual circumstances.
David G Jones, distribution director at L&G Home Finance, said: “Our seamless API link with Advise Wise is one of several innovations we’ve recently introduced to help advisers effectively support their clients. The link will not only save advisers having to re-key client information, but it will also streamline the overall application process.
“Lifetime mortgages play a significant role in long-term planning, and we are constantly working to make our products more accessible to advisers. As the market evolves, alongside new technologies, we aim to create more links on adviser sourcing sites.”
Benjamin Wells, head of product and development at Advise Wise, added: “Advise Wise remains at the forefront of innovation in the financial advisory space, and the introduction of instant KFIs for Legal and General plans is a testament to the company’s dedication to simplifying processes and empowering advisers.
“This enhancement on the Advise Wise Platform represents a further significant step forward in providing advisers with the tools they need to deliver exceptional service to their clients efficiently.”
This is one of many recent developments for Advise Wise; in October, the company broadened its legal offering and expanded into Scotland.
