Warner’s ‘Dune: Part Two’ Tops Weekly U.K. Home Entertainment Sales Chart for Seventh Time

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment’s sequel Dune: Part Two for the seventh week topped the U.K.’s Official Film Chart of both physical and digital sales through June 19.
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment’s Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire retained its No. 2 ranking on digital retail sales, finishing ahead of Universal Pictures Home Entertainment’s The Fall Guy at No. 3. Studiocanal’s Amy Winehouse biopic Back to Black remained at No. 4, while Sony’s Madame Web stayed at No. 5.
Sony Pictures’ The Equalizer 3 remained in the top 10 at No. 6, followed by Universal’s Oppenheimer at No. 7. Warner’s Meg 2: The Trench returned to the top 10 at No. 8, while its predecessor, The Meg, moved up nine spots to No. 11. The studio’s Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire landed at No. 9 and Warner’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was No. 10.
The week’s highest new entry was the biopic Ferrari, starring Adam Driver as motor racing driver and founder of the Ferrari brand Enzo Ferrari, as he faces bankruptcy and loss of family and, as a result, a turbulent marriage. He decides to roll the dice to counter his losses on the Mille Miglia, a 1,000-mile race across Italy.
Also in the top 20 were the “Lord of the Rings” films, with The Fellowship of the Ring at No. 12, The Two Towers at No. 18 and The Return of the King at No. 20, following media reports of the next release in the franchise, The Hunt For Gollum, expected to be released in 2026.
